Creamy Rhubarb Cake
1 yellow or white cake mix (no pudding in mix) made as directed.
1 cup of sugar 4 cups of rhubarb 2 cups of whipping cream

Darlys's Orange Pineapple Cake
1 box yellow cake mix 1/2 cup oil 4 eggs 1 can mandarin oranges & their juice Beat together for 2 minutes.

Rhubarb Coffee Cake
1 stick butter melted, 1 1/2 c sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 c flour, 1/2 tsp b.powder, 1 1/2 soda, 2 c rhubarb
Mix together - put in greased 9x13 - sprinkel with 1/2 c sugar/cinnamon - bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes
