TACO Soup
1 lb. ground beef 1 onion (chopped) 1 qt. tomatoes 1 can (15oz) Rotelle diced tomatoes & green chilis 2 c frozen corn 1 can kidney beans 1 (8oz) can tomato sauce taco seasoning mix to taste cumin to taste **if too thick - add tomato juice

June's Cabbage Soup
Brown 1 lb hamburger
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 can kidney beans undrained
1 can diced tomatoes + 1 can water
1 can tomato soup + 1 can water
1/2 head cabbage shredded (use bag of shredded cabbage)
Season to taste
I used accent and tobasco sauce

Baked Potato Soup
Serves 6-8
4 large baked potatoes
2/3 cup butter
2/3 cup flour
6 cups milk, whole or 2%
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 green onions, chopped
12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
